Tower Block 

This space was previously used by CARP corporation charity run by Vikky, D, Sonja and Isabelle.

It is currently being rented by Barry, who runs a business from there called Simply Migrate.

It is one of the old MOD red brick buildings on the site that we have renovated. Now fully insulated with a log burning stove. It also has a mini fridge, sink, microwave, toilet, shower and a gorgeous view of the estuary. 

Units 

These storage containers are available for hire and have the benefit of secure fencing, private access and 24 hour on site security. We only use brand new units as they also have ventilation, anti condensation paint and are totally weathertight.

Our Studio 

This is the home of GROUP studios and is also Beth's personal studio space.

Our Workshop

We have restored the 1930's brick workshop to its original condition including genuine crittal windows, cast iron gutters and original doors and worktops. 

The workshop includes 3 phase electric machinery and hand tools for woodwork, metalwork and sculpture.
