Where are we?
GROUP is based on Spring Mills 10 acre site with panoramic views of the breathtakingly beautiful Lougher Estuary on North Gower.
The Spring Mills site is a peninsular of former coal tips which sits alone in the largest salt marsh in Wales. The site has been many different things in the past including a brick factory, a colliery, an M.O.D research facility and a storage and distribution centre.
On site we have workshop and studio spaces, office lets, storage units, 4kw of solar panels, accommodation, a community garden, an orchard, paddock, woodland, board walk and beautiful reed beds and ponds.
GROUP is by no means limited to the activities described above. We still have space available for other member organisations to join us. If you would like to get involved or you have a project that would benefit from affiliation with us, please get in touch.
